Effective September 11, 2026 — self-service edition. Sigdes is an email signature design tool. We guarantee no earnings, financial gain, improved email performance, or other business results from using it.
No earnings or performance guarantee
We do not guarantee that Sigdes or any signature made with it will earn you money, increase revenue or profit, generate sales, leads, bookings, clicks, replies, or conversions, improve open rates or inbox placement, build trust, or produce better results from your emails. Results may be unchanged or worse. You should not buy Sigdes with the expectation of a financial return or a particular improvement.
Examples, before-and-after illustrations, public discussion quotes, design suggestions, and calls to action demonstrate appearance or functionality only. They are not promises, forecasts, typical-results claims, customer endorsements, or evidence that you will achieve any result. A paid plan buys access to the stated design and export features—not success.
Performance disclaimers do not remove our obligation to provide purchased access and advertised features, or any non-waivable rights or remedies required by law.
Self-service software
You supply the details, create the signatures, and install them in your email applications. A purchase does not include manual design, legal review, mailbox administration, managed team rollout, or marketing services.
What signatures can and cannot do
Signatures display contact details, branding, and links. We make no promises about lead volume, sales, conversion rates, replies, inbox placement, or income. Adding a call to action does not guarantee a recipient will use it. Your offer, audience, and communications remain your responsibility.
Email compatibility
HTML support differs between email applications, versions, mobile devices, forwarding chains, dark modes, and organizational security settings. A browser preview is illustrative and cannot show every recipient’s experience. Fonts, spacing, and colors may change. Test-send the signature in your actual email setup before general use. For a paid order, our revision and material-defect remedies still apply.
Links and outside services
You control the website and call-to-action destinations you provide. Confirm they are accurate, lawful, and safe. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party destinations. Gmail, Outlook, Google, Microsoft, and Stripe are names of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No professional advice
Our service is design assistance, not legal, financial, security, or regulatory advice. If your organization requires specific legal notices, accessibility standards, confidentiality statements, or industry disclosures, you must supply the approved wording and obtain any professional review you need. No disclaimer on this page overrides express contractual commitments or mandatory consumer rights.
